From my first enquiry with Rhian to receiving my pre departure pack all was excellent. Arrival in Seoul was easy and the taxi into the hotel in Insadong perfect. I spent 3.5 days on my own ,site seeing (contemporary architecture and museums and galleries)- all fantastic. The tour was well planned and DK ,our guide/host was very well organised and always provided updates throughout the trip via Whatsapp and verbally whilst on route.

Rhian was excellent and always responded to my queries pre and post confirmation of trip.
Rhian delayed my paying the final sum by a week , as I had a health issue which required tests before I could travel. Fortunately all was well.

Apart from the Hanok stay! The room was cramped and basic. The breakfast (self catered) very poor. No butter for the cardboard toast! Coffee ghastly- we all headed to a Starbucks to have a decent coffee before we set off fo the day!

Your service was excellent, and everything worked like clockwork in Vietnam. We were disappointed that the trip did not get us out into real wilderness at all.

Very helpful, well informed, thoguhtful and prompt responnses to any questions. Altogether top notch.

Thala Tra Vinh was especially charming. Namia River Retreat very luxurious. The Oriental Jade and Hotel des Arts could not have been bettered for location in Hanoi and Saigon respectively.

Very responsive, listen to our requests carefully and made the program that fit our needs.

The Hanok house in Seoul was a little disappointing as already explained over email, yet it was still great experience.

We loved our trip (we're a family of five, with three older/adult kids, and everyone loved it). It was a great route, we saw a huge amount. The guides in particular were fabulous and all of them really made our holiday something special. The staff at Inside Asia were very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable, and designed a great tour for us.

From our initial contact with Erin until we flew out of Kuching, everything went incredibly smoothly. From the initial idea and additional suggestions on what to do, to how well everything was organized and followed through during our Borneo trip — 100%!

When I reached out I had a vague idea of what to do and see. Erin made some great proposals which really elevated our trip.

Our experience with InsideAsia was excellent from start to finish. The InsideAsia staff were responsive and flexible, and they put together a fantastic itinerary. Our time in Vietnam was everything we wanted it to be: relaxing, exciting, educational and adventurous.

Lucy put together the perfect itinerary for us. It was tailored to what we were looking for, and she was flexible and responsive when our plans changed.

All of the accommodation was excellent. We have two particular points of praise. First, the location of each of the hotels was ideal for navigating the respective towns and cities. Second, we particularly liked the Tam Coc Garden Resort.

Our consultant was very approachable and drew up an interesting tour of S Korea taking into account my daughter's interest in K-pop and Korean culture. The on the ground contacts and service providers were really friendly and made us feel special. Inside Asia were able to flex our trip by a day when our airline amended the schedule. Overall, highly rated the ideas suggested and service provided by Rhian and Inside Asia.

Very friendly and devised great tour of S Korea taking into account daughter's interest and amount of travelling we wanted to do.

Everything was planned well and carried out with great efficiency. We loved all the hotels and activities that Robyn had arranged. Not to mention the guides and drivers that were always top notch.

We have done two trips with Robyn and they were both wonderful. As I said above all the hotels, activities, guides and drivers were always excellent. Robyn handled every thing very professionally and with great care to meet all our needs.

My parents are older along with my grandma and they were well taken care of by the tour guides. Charelle was always attentive to our needs.

Charelle always asked questions about what preferences my parents would like and accommodated accordingly
