Excellent support and advice from Rhian, helping us to plan our trip and making it all happen. She was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our plans became reality once in Korea and all our train journeys went without a hitch.

We had an amazing trip in South Korea. The whole experience was great from start to finish. The service from Inside Asia is amazing and we were so satisfied with the way the whole trip was organised, Rhian is so knowledgeable, helpful and very professional and so lovely to deal with. Every part of the trip was organised brilliantly! The transfers were always on time and the included trips were so good with excellent English speaking guides and lovely comfortable vehicles. We had an incredible time and thoroughly enjoyed everything.

I was very impressed by the assistance I received from Sora who put together a very comprehensive itinerary for our stay in Busan. Especially the day tour with a private driver and tour guide. This was our second trip planned through InsideAsia - we used them for a small-group Japan tour in 2023, and came back for a self-guided Korea and Japan trip in 2026. Both of my sons have severe food allergies, and the combination of having translated allergy information sheets prepared ahead of time AND tour guides who could help translate at restaurants and food stops is one of the main reasons we keep coming back. The peace of mind that came with that support was huge - especially since it was our first time visiting South Korea. The tour guides were one of the many highlights of the trip. Our Busan guide, Kimmy, took on the role of unofficial group photographer. We came home with around 80 candid photos without having to spend a lot of time stopping and posing, and could instead spend time being present in the moment. Our Gyeongju guide, Sumin, led us across the Woljeonggyo stepping stones which wasn't even on our original plan, and it ended up being one of our favorite moments of the whole trip. The GEAR Theater performance in Kyoto was exceptional - we had no idea what we were walking into and were completely blown away. This was a recommendation from InsideAsia that we wouldn't have known about otherwise. We hit a couple of bumps along the way - including a driver mix-up at Incheon Airport on arrival - but the customer service team sorted it out and followed up with a refund, which was handled quickly and without any hassle. The accommodations in both countries were great, and we really appreciated being able to customize the trip to have more guided support in Korea while exploring Japan more independently.

This was our 2nd experience of using InsideAsia. It was so reassuring to know that someone had our back during the trip. It was so much more relaxing and enjoyable to have everything booked for us and the trip was definitely far more exciting and varied as a result. The team have a wealth of knowledge and access to so many interesting experiences that we would never even think to book ourselves.

We had an amazing time in Vietnam. The planning and activities were perfect and met all our requirements. The guides and drivers were very knowledgeable and we gained so much from spending time talking about their life and experiences. Made the trip so much more enjoyable learning about the personal side of life in Vietnam.

Our trip to South Korea exceeded our expectations. We cannot express enough how wonderful, kind, knowledgeable, patient and accommodating our local guides were. Their love of South Korea instilled in us a new found respect and admiration for their country. I personally left my cell phone in our hotel in Seoul and Cheyenne of InsideAsia helped me locate it and had it forwarded to our hotel in Busan.

Trip went very smoothly. Drivers were reliable and punctual. Guides were personable, knowledgeable and flexible to accommodate our interests and preferences. Hotel accommodations were very comfortable and in good locations. Really enjoyed most of the activities- especially the Vespa and other food tours, biking and kayaking.
