The assistance, information and service provided by Lachlan was very good but I felt he was hampered by some of the policies and procedures of InsideAsia/Japan. He willingly answered all of my many questions although I shouldn’t have been required to ask some of those questions. I felt Lachlan was a class above some of the other consultants, certainly the first one allocated to me.

Angela was professional and demonstrated a true commitment to ensuring a fabulous trip. She coordinated with the consultant from Vietnam for a seamless planning of the combined trip to two countries. She checked in regularly and tweaked things to make sure that itinerary met our needs.
