The on the ground contacts and service providers were really friendly and made us feel special. Inside Asia were able to flex our trip by a day when our airline amended the schedule. The service from Inside Asia is amazing and we were so satisfied with the way the whole trip was organised, Rhian is so knowledgeable, helpful and very professional and so lovely to deal with. Every part of the trip was organised brilliantly! The transfers were always on time and the included trips were so good with excellent English speaking guides and lovely comfortable vehicles. We had an incredible time and thoroughly enjoyed everything. Accommodation★★★★★The hotel room in Busan was a bit small, when you have two large suitcases it is difficult to find space sometimes in the room for them and this room was like that,We loved the hotel in Jeju but the first room that they gave us had the mattress on the floor with a step in the room which I find dangerous especially if you get up in the night. As we are in our early 60's we really didn't want to sleep on the floor but reception thankfully sorted this out and gave us a room with a normal bed and no step and still an amazing view.The location of all of the hotels was spot on.
