One couple’s cultural adventure in Laos Made for Kathy and David, by StephKathy and David are both well-travelled. They’d visited a few Southeast Asian countries, but they’d never explored Laos. And they were only too happy to head somewhere completely new to them.Knowing Kathy and David wanted to explore beyond the standard sights, Steph connected them with a local family, who were only too happy to teach the couple to wrap spring rolls on their veranda. She lined up a boat trip that included a stop at a Mekong village, with time set aside to meet the community.
