1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We received very good service from Charlotte, she obviously knows her stuff. We had a marvellous experience in Vietnam.

Charlotte was extremely helpful. The only comment would be that perhaps she didnít quite match one of our hotels to us. But the hotel let you down.

The Essence Hotel in Hanoi wasnít good. We were given a horrible room and we left and found ourselves another hotel.

Good except we were surprised to be met by a small bus in Danang. We were the only people on it which seemed a bit ridiculous!
