1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
All was excellent but there was a small inaccuracy in the Trip Info Pack: The Day 4 visit to Pha Tad Ke Botanical Gardens was complete by approximately 1500 (possibly because we had an early start that got us to the Pak Ou Caves before everybody else) and there is no sunset return cruise to Luang Prabang.

The Ansara Hotel in Vientiane seems to have been extended, it now has more than 14 rooms.
