The service from Charlotte was very good and also the ground staff were available and friendly.

The trip was well organized. We had one little problem and it was sorted out in a very efficient way by the agency. As little issues and problems can arise during a trip abroad, the most important aspect is to be in good hands, and we have been assisted very well during ours, this made a difference.

Overall very easy to work with, accommodating and understanding of our needs

A very good service. only one slight hick up. we were told our leaving time from Cat Tien was delayed by an hour, we do not know by whom. when we got to the other side of the ferry there was no car. Eventually a very helpful guy in a tourist booth contacted one of the emergency no's, it would not work for me on my phone, and the car arrived straight away.Another small point there are no cats in the rescue centre, bears, gibbons and several other animals. We enjoyed the visit there.The hotel in Da Lat was quaint, something out of Poirot very Art Deco, but there was some minor problems with electrical connections on the lift and in our room. The breakfast was served downstairs in the hotel, not across the road and was very good.Otherwise excellent trip.

I would have given excellent but we felt the recommendation of driving from prom Penh wasn't suitable. We only had 20 hours in pnomh Penh, really not long enough and then the drive to Battambang took around 7 hours. We didn't have time to visit the mountainous viewing spot on the way and had to postpone our bike tour to the next day so we had to do a short version of it. And then that knocked back our Siem Reap tour. Not that it mattered as the guide efficiently made all the changes. Would also have liked to visit the floating market on lake tonle as we passed so nearby.

Overall very good.
