The PJ Hotel in Seoul was a disappointing stay. As I mentioned to Karin directly, it is quite run down and the rooms were barely clean and the ac didn't work properly. After asking for maintenance, they still couldn't fix the problem. It was quite warm during our nights there and we felt like it wasn't up to the standards most people traveling on this trip would accept. Compared to the The Gate Hotel stays in Japan, there is a huge difference in the quality. I know PJ is centrally located, but surely there are other nicer hotels centrally located, even if more expensive. I think most of your customers would expect a higher class of hotel service.
The trip was well organized. We had one little problem and it was sorted out in a very efficient way by the agency. As little issues and problems can arise during a trip abroad, the most important aspect is to be in good hands, and we have been assisted very well during ours, this made a difference.
