Listening to our customers
The most important thing we can do to improve our service is listen to what our customers have to say, which is why you can now read their comments unedited on our website.
Upon returning from Myanmar all our clients are sent a review form and here you can see what they are saying about their experience of travel to the region and of the service we offered both during the trip planning process and in the build-up to the trip.
Search the reviews, check the image gallery and see for yourself how our clients rate the InsideAsia experience.

1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
It was really good to meet in an unhurried atmosphere to discuss the travel possibilities for us in Burma with Charlotte. From this initial meeting she was able to put together an itinerary that reflected our preferences, budget and style of travelling i.e.not in a group.
2. Tour Leader name and satisfaction rating

3. Consultant name and satisfaction rating:
charlotte responded swiftly to our enquiries, amendments, further advice and dealt with problems concerning our return flight seat accommodation with threatened to marr our last experience.
4. How would you rate your package in terms of value for money?
5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
Every location was to a much higher standard than we had expected.
6. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
Exciting! Every means of transport worked splendidly, including the rickety horse drawn carriage in Mandalay. So very glad we decided to take the Gokteik Viaduct trip, an experience not to be missed not only for the viaduct itself but the opportunity to see communities on the Shan plateau at close range. Could have done without the little mouse running between our legs on the train but local colour perhaps?
7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.

8. How do you rate the usefulness and standard of information in the Info-Pack?
9. Would you consider travelling to Myanmar again?
10. Would you travel again with InsideAsia Tours?
Re the info packs ... we were rather disappointed as the ones produced for our Japan trip were so useful. Most of the information in the mini guides was directly lifted from more than one of the available guides (Lonely Planet, etc) and there was a distinct lack of original text especially bearing in mind that your staff visit all the resorts.. It would also be very useful to add details such as the lack of pavements, lit streets etc in Mandalay, What to expect with embarkation and disembarkation when taking the Ayerwaddy River Cruise i.e total darkness at embarkation, access down must flats, unknown people emerging from the darkness to take the luggage and the need to pay a tip plus appropriate amount. It was a little scary..but of course all was well. Overall I did think that the leaflets could have been more original, held more suggestions, and better proof reading may have avoided the plagiarism (copyright?) and repeat of information.. Sorry if this sounds harsh, as an ex Tourism LecturerI I did feel that they were at the level of a pass grade BTEC ND student in parts.. Always happy to help write the guides!
