In the northern plains of Cambodia in the heart of Beng Per Wildlife Sanctuary you'll find Betreed, a family ran conservation project and accommodation.
Betreed is a family ran initiative working closely with local community to engage them in preserving and protecting the environments within Beng Per Wildlife Sanctuary.
Beng Per Wildlife Sanctuary, located in the northern plains of Cambodia, is home to endangered and threatened species of Cambodian wildlife including the wild cow (banteng), pileated gibbons, silver langurs, barking deer, sambar deer and many species of birdlife. These species all thrive here thanks to the variety of forest habitats, from dry dipterocarp to evergreen.
During your stay at Betreed there are a number of activities to ensure that you get the most out of your stay in the wild. No visit would be complete without a wildlife hike, commencing from one of the many trails from the base. There are also Angkorian era "cave-temples" to discover, and there is even two zip lines, whizzing you 300m through the canopy!
