National Geographic Traveller - Audrey Gillan
Audrey Gillan travelled to Cambodia on a culinary voyage of discovery and wasn't certainly didn't leave disappointed. During a trip organised by InsideAsia Tours, she was taught the art of making Cambodia's national dish, fish amok, and learnt how food cements a sense of national identity, with traditional recipes proudly passed down through generations.
