Nick Boulos, who travelled to Sapa with InsideVietnam Tours, reports on the controversial multi-million-pound project to build a cable car in the beautiful highlands of Vietnam. The cable car would whisk tourists from the foot to the summit of Mount Fansipan, Indochina's tallest peak, in just 15 minutes - a journey that would have taken three arduous days on foot.
