While creating your miniature lantern, take the opportunity to learn about life in Vietnam through interesting discussions with the class instructor and Lifestart Foundation members. Lifestart is a charity that aims to help disadvantaged Vietnamese families become self-sufficient, funding vocational training and education schemes. They also provide support in the form of accommodation, transportation and medical care to people with disabilities. The proceeds from your lesson will go directly into these initiatives.
