  • ABTA

    Association of British Travel Agents

    As we are members of the Association of British Travel Agents, ABTA, you can be rest assured that your trip is financially protected. So in the event of our failure, your trip would continue as planned, or if that were not possible, you would be fully reimbursed for the cost of your trip. You will also be able to access ABTA's support, protection, and expertise. We also follow the ABTA code of conduct in relation to managing complaint, altering trips and advertising. Therefore we must provide you information about any changes to your trip, insurance, passports and visas. If you do encounter any problems, you have the option of turning to ABTA's arbitration and complaints service for help and guidance.

    Association of Independent Tour Operators

    Inside Burma Tours is a member of AITO, Association of Independent Tour Operators. Following its established 1976, the association's symbol has become recognised as the hallmark of high quality holidays from specialist tour operators. Every member of AITO is fully bonded and governed by their independent dispute settlement service. This means you can rest assured that you're in safe hands.   • ABTOT

    Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust

    ABTOT LTD provide us with financial protection under the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992. If we became insolvent, you would be afforded the following protection:

    1. Packages commencing in and returning to the UK without flights;
    2. Packages commencing and returning to a country other than the UK without flights; and
    3. Packages that commence outside of the UK, which are sold to customers outside of the UK which include flights.

    1, 2 and 3 would provide you with a total refund if you are yet to travel. 1 and 3 provide your repatriation. Please be aware that bookings not made from within the UK are only protected by ABTOT when purchased directly from us.

  • ATOL

    Air Tour Organiser’s license

    Every single flight-inclusive trip we organise is protected financially by the ATOL scheme. Therefore, if we fail before you depart your trip will be refunded in full. If we fail while you're on your holiday ATOL will ensure you complete your holiday and return safely. 
    Upon payment of your deposit you will receive your ATOL certificate. Upon receipt of your certificate, be sure to check it and ensure all your details are correct. Then keep it in a safe place until you travel, at which point you will need to take it with you.
